Bryon has over 20 years experience developing medical, aviation, embedded and consumer products and has extensive knowledge of power and metering systems.  He served on the Hewlett Packard Customer Advisory Board for new technology, presenting on high-volume manufacturing, test and quality control.  Bryon previously teamed with Thanh and Matt to lead the design of the industry’s first fully functioning MicroTCA system which was demonstrated at 3GSM Conference in Barcelona in 2006. Bryon graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. Electronics & Computer Technology from Herzing University.

Matt has over twenty years of experience in product development of processing blades and embedded systems at Emerson Embedded Computing (formerly Artesyn, and formerly Heurikon before that).    Matt brings a broad range of experience to Ullutek in product development and in management of global design organizations.   He started out at Heurikon as a Customer Support Engineer while attending Grad School at UW-Madison and worked his way up through the engineering ranks as a design engineer and eventually becoming the Program Director of the Systems Platform group and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

He has over 20 years of experience as a marketer and engineer. He spent his time in multinational corporations such as IBM and Emerson as well as startups. He was one of the key team members to get the first MicroTCA system to the market at Emerson Network Power. In his spare time, he helps other entrepreneurs to get their companies off the ground.
