So you just developed a cool AMC card and now what... Your group only has a few MicroTCA systems and they are being used by other people. You have a few options:
1. You could purchase a new system and try to slide another $10K plus for a new system by your manager. This could be tough to get it approved by the "bean counters".
2. You could fist fight your colleagues but that could lead to getting fired. That's no good.
3. You could download this simple AMC Carrier project and build your own. If you didn't feel up to it, you could always order one from UlluTek.
What does it look like
Here's a high level block diagram of the AMC Carrier. The idea is that if you were to build or buy from us, you can easily pick up a 12V AC adapter from Radio Shack and plug it in... Now, you have your very own personal AMC development kit on your desk.
Schedule (and we have the right to change it...)
Below is the schedule until we have the first design for you to play. We are looking at 7-July-2009 as the target date.
July 10, 2009: we are way behind schedule.
June 12, 2009: We are definitely behind schedule... Blame the nice summer in Wisconsin!!!
