We recently got to do some design work for University of Wisconsin Madison in some serious high power (as in high wattage) control board. Can't say much more than that but we get to showcase our design skills. We are looking to work closer with UW-Madison.

The thoughts just occurred to me. We need to share with our readers the tools that we use at UlluTek. Check them out in our Technologies page. Some of the tools are free, which is great for a cash-starved organization. Others have given us a nice discount. A shout out to these companies.

Happy holidays from the UlluTek team... Looking back to 2009, we started strong with two projects going for MicroTCA. We thought that we could handle two projects at the same time while working full-time. Well... reality taught us better. We are now focusing on getting the 4=port GE done so that we can share that with the community.

It's getting cold in this northern part of US that we called Wisconsin. Our team has been enjoying the nice weather that we had and is now ready to get back indoors. The layout of our 4-port GE continues to go smoothly. I am looking forward to finally share our design with others.

We have been cranking on the design... We are a few weeks away from sharing our schematic with the world. Our BOM cost is coming in nicely and we should be able to offer that to our users for a very reasonable price.
